Hello world, I’m Jon.
I’m a people person. This is probably why I became so fascinated by human behavior and the study of communication. I like a good challenge. I’m no stranger to managing teams, technologies, budgets, processes, and strategies. I cut my teeth in marketing by promoting to marketers at MarketingSherpa. I’ve run campaigns with duct tape and sweat, but I’ve also successfully turned multi-million dollar budgets into 3:1 ROIs.
Throughout my career, I have cross-trained in almost every discipline within marketing and advertising, as well as in development, design and sales. In my experience, data is king and I take seriously the optimization opportunities it presents. This methodology has consistently produced success for me regardless of industry: Cyber Security, eCommerce, SaaS, Professional Services, etc.
I believe the mark of a successful and sustainable leader is not in meeting a bottom line, but in building up and helping others to be great. This is how consistent winning is done.
